Payroll Operations Specialist

**Role Summary**

Executes end-to-end payroll processes for assigned countries or employee populations. Reviews and validates payroll inputs, ensures payroll accuracy and compliance with local legislation, responds to employee and stakeholder inquiries, and partners with internal teams and external payroll providers to deliver timely payroll services. Contributes to continuous improvement and standardization initiatives within the Managed Services organization.

**Job Description**

+ Execute end-to-end payroll processes for assigned countries or employee populations in accordance with payroll calendars and service level agreements.
+ Review and validate payroll inputs, including time and attendance, variable pay, employee data changes, and statutory deductions.
