We’re seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join a well known organisation based in Lithgow. 

The Role

• Prepare and process weekly payroll
• Maintain compliance with relevant Awards, taxation legislation, employment regulations, and policies
• Review and process employee timesheets, ensuring all approvals are received and payroll data is accurate.
• Manage payroll transactions including overtime, allowances, leave entitlements, rostered days off (RDOs), and other payroll adjustments.
• Process employee deductions and ensure payroll balances reconcile correctly with financial and reporting requirements.
