Payroll Officer

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and highly organized Payroll Officer to manage and oversee end‑to‑end payroll operations for employees across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in payroll processing, employee benefits administration, payroll reporting, and compliance coordination. The role requires a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while supporting employees working remotely across different countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
• Prepare salary transfers through the Wages Protection System (WPS) in compliance with UAE regulation.
• Verify attendance, overtime, leave records, deductions, commissions, and other payroll input.
• Ensure payroll calculations—including gratuity, leave salary, bonuses, and final settlements—are accurate.
