Vacancy Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Payroll Specialist to join our HR team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws and maintaining accuracy across all payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle payroll processing in line with UAE Labour Law and company policies
- Ensure accurate calculation of salaries overtime allowances deductions and final settlements
- Maintain and update employee payroll records in the HR system
- Process monthly payroll within strict deadlines while ensuring accuracy confidentiality and compliance
- Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies in coordination with HR and Finance teams
- Prepare payroll reports and summaries for management review
- Calculate end-of-service benefits and gratuity in accordance with UAE regulations
