Payroll Coordinator EMEA - Maternity Cover

• Location: Spain - Barcelona
• Compensation: EUR 36,400 – EUR 43,225 yearly

In this temporary position (maternity cover), you will be part of a fun and international team. You will be responsible for managing fully outsourced EMEA payrolls, with different deadlines throughout the month.

Responsibilities

• Managing the full payroll cycle for your respective countries, processing and validating input and output
• Attending payroll specific queries from employees and business partners
• Maintaining an excellent relationship with the payroll provider and your business partners
• Ensuring timely payment of salaries, social security & taxes
• Coordinating with the Finance Department relating to payroll bookings
• Safeguarding payroll procedures & internal controls and assisting in requests from Audit partners
