Payroll Coordinator EMEA - Maternity Cover

Opportunity

In this temporary position (maternity cover), you will be part of a fun and international team. You will be responsible for managing fully outsourced EMEA payrolls, with different deadlines throughout the month.

Impact

• Managing the full payroll cycle for your respective countries, processing and validating input and output
• Attending to payroll specific queries from employees and business partners
• Maintaining an excellent relationship with the payroll provider and business partners
• Ensuring the timely payment of salaries, social security, and taxes
• Coordinating with the Finance Department regarding payroll bookings
• Safeguarding payroll procedures & internal controls and assisting in requests from audit partners

• 1–3 years of experience in international payroll; knowledge of French or German payroll is considered a plus.
