Payroll & Benefits Specialist — VIP/SAP Expert

Pepkor Lifestyle is seeking an energetic payroll administrator to join our payroll department in Sandton. You will ensure accurate and timely remuneration administration, handle new starters and terminations, and maintain payroll filing.

The role requires Grade 12, 2–3 years payroll experience including employee benefits, and proficiency in Excel plus VIP People and SAP (HCM). You will work in a customer-focused, deadline-driven team.
