Corix is seeking a Payroll & People Systems Specialist in vibrant Vancouver, BC. This hybrid role focuses on payroll accuracy and exploring innovative, less manual ways of processing data.
As a vital member of the People & Culture team, you will oversee the payroll for both Canadian and US employees and contribute significantly to process enhancement. Work collaboratively with key stakeholders, leveraging automation and AI to modernize practices. You'll help improve efficiencies across payroll while ensuring compliance and a strong operational foundation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead payroll processing for employees in Canada and the US
• Manage benefits enrollments and payroll deductions
• Prepare necessary payroll reports for month-end goals
• Maintain compliance with all payroll regulations
• Design improvements to payroll functionalities
Requirements:
• 3+ years of payroll administration experience
