In this pivotal role, you will handle bi-weekly payroll processing for all employees, including both union and non-union staff. Your expertise in ADP/ systems and year-end processes will ensure smooth operations. Additionally, you will lead benefits management, including health plans, pensions, and employee inquiries, while making significant process improvement recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process payroll for salaried and hourly employees
• Resolve complex payroll discrepancies and system issues
• Maintain accurate employee records in Time & Attendance
• Manage benefit renewals and RRSP plan administration
• Conduct audits on payroll and benefits compliance
Requirements:
• 5+ years in Payroll and Benefits management
• Degree/Diploma in a related field
