Payroll & Benefits Administration Specialist – responsible for delivering accurate, compliant payroll and total rewards administration in a global HR operations environment.

Hazelwood, Blackley or London, UK
Work Pattern
4 days in the office + 1 day flexible
Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate, compliant payroll administration in line with local legislation and company policies
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and employee support
- Manage time and attendance data to ensure correct payroll processing
- Coordinate payroll and benefits activities related to employee offboarding
- Support internal and external audits by preparing and validating payroll and benefits documentation
