Payroll and Pensions Coordinator (Temporary)
Erskine Stewart’s Melville Schools are recruiting for a Payroll and Pensions Coordinator for a 6‑month temporary role (subject to satisfactory pre‑employment checks). The role is available immediately, working 21.75 hours per week (0.6FTE) at a salary range of £23,305 to £25,381.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will strengthen and embed payroll operations within an outsourced model, ensuring payroll governance, data integrity and process design and improvements. The role involves close collaboration with the Head of Finance, the Finance Team, the HR team, and both internal and external stakeholders, including payroll and pension providers.
Qualifications
The post holder must have:
- Experience in payroll and data management.
- Relevant pension or finance experience demonstrating professional competency.
- Proficiency in iTrent/MHR HR software.
