Working closely with the Senior Human Resources Manager, you’ll manage payroll for various groups and ensure the precise handling of employee benefits. Your expertise in payroll systems and strong communication skills will allow you to address inquiries effectively and improve payroll procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
• Compile payroll documentation for biweekly and semi-monthly cycles
• Process payroll corrections and special adjustments
• Administer pension and TFSA plans
• Distribute T2200 forms annually
• Document procedures and drive compliance

Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years of payroll administration experience
