This roleis responsible foraccuratepayroll processing, compliancewith federal and state regulations, and continuous improvement. The Payroll Analyst partners closely with HR, HRIS, Finance, and business leaders to delivera high levelof payrollexpertiseand customer service. The ideal candidatedemonstratesstrong problem-solving skills, exceptional attentionto detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting critical deadlines.
KeyResponsibilities:
Processweekly and bi-weekly payroll for US business units ensuringaccuratehours, earnings,fringesand deductions according to company guidelines.
Assistswith payroll funding,balancing, and reconciliation activities.
Partner with theTax Accountantontax research and filings.
Assists with General Ledger entries, reconciliations,and research.
