Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Benefits Specialist to support payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee support functions. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll, maintaining employee records, administering benefit programs, and responding to employee inquiries while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

Payroll Administration

+ Process biweekly payroll accurately and on time.

+ Review payroll data, timecards, pay changes, and deductions for accuracy.

+ Research and resolve payroll discrepancies.

+ Manage garnishments and other payroll-related transactions.

+ Maintain payroll records and supporting documentation.

+ Ensure compliance with payroll policies and applicable regulations.
