Payroll & Accounting Analyst

Description Seeking a detail‐oriented Master Data support onboarding/offboarding and periodic access reviews.Implement and document master‐data change controls and approval workflows (new pay elements, policy changes, retroactive adjustments).
Perform payroll accounting: prepare/validate payroll journal entries, distribute payroll costs to GL, and provide supporting documentation for month‐end close.Reconcile payroll to general ledger, bank payroll files, tax/social security deposits (IMSS/INFONAVIT/ISR) and third‐party vendor invoices; investigate and resolve variances.Support electronic payroll stamping (CFDI nómina) coordination and ensure master data supports correct timbrado and XML generation.Participate in payroll cutover testing, system upgrades, localizations and integrations (HRIS payroll ERP); create test cases, validate results and document configuration.Produce and maintain standard reports and dashboards (headcount, payroll cost mapping, variances, master‐data chan...
