As a Technical Account Manager, you will serve as the first point of contact for operational and technical inquiries from clients. Collaborate with various departments to resolve issues, complete SLA reporting, and support the Account Director in meetings and product demos. Additionally, you will be involved in root cause analyses and help define client requirements during implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
