Payments Analytics Engineer – Remote, Stock + Bonus

Félix is seeking a Disbursement Analyst to join our team building AI-powered remittance experiences via WhatsApp. You will dig into data, diagnose held transactions, improve routing, and help deliver faster, cheaper transfers for millions of Latino immigrants.

You will work with Disbursements, Operations, and Product Managers, using SQL (BigQuery/DBT/Firestore) and BI tools, and explain findings to non-technical stakeholders in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
