Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and update payment-related websites.
- Upload documents, notices, and materials to payment websites when requested.
- Draft website content for approval by management/officers.
- Review and reconcile monthly SWIFT invoices against company records.
- Prepare and present invoice reconciliation reports.
- Monitor outstanding tasks and send reminders to relevant departments.
- Review membership categories of MEPS+ participants to ensure correct annual fee billing.
- Obtain banking license information from internal systems.
- Compare participant license types with MEPS+ membership categories.
- Prepare and submit reconciliation findings through the document management workflow system (DMS).
- Support day-to-day operational and administrative activities related to payment systems.
