Vacancy Description
As a Payment Investigations Senior Associate within the AML Operations team, you will
manage payment screening reviews and handle Request for Information (RFI) queries from
our correspondent banking partners as the AML Operations representative. You ensure
inquiries regarding third-party remittances, transaction profiles, and screening alerts are
investigated and resolved with high professional tact and speed.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and disposition payment screening alerts and exceptions for third-party real-time transactions.
- Investigate and respond to RFIs of varying complexity from correspondent banks covering both transaction behaviour and customer profile.
- Work closely with Transaction Monitoring reviewers on triggered TM alerts, and clearly document the compliance actions taken.
