About the role


We have an exciting opportunity for a Payables Administrator to join our Accounts Payable team based at our Vogel Street, Dunedin office. This team plays a vital role in supporting our treasury and cashflow decision‑making, ensuring our suppliers are paid accurately and on time. This role is for a fixed term period, until the end of December 2026. 


Reporting to the Team Leader – Payables, you’ll be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of invoices and credits, completing supplier reconciliations, and ensuring all accounting transactions meet tax and legal requirements. You’ll also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
