Job Description

Ensure patient satisfaction through supporting the personal hygiene and daily living needs and providing comfort and transportation to the patient. Perform multiple tasks to fulfill the needs of patient and clinic in supervision and guidance from the Immediate in-charge.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient comfort by utilizing resources and materials, answering patients’ call and requests, and reporting observations of the patient to immediate in charge.
• Ensure the satisfaction of patients on their needs of Ambulate, Transport or Escort.
• Enhances nursing department and Clinic reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
• Anticipate needs of patients who are waiting for consultation with the doctor.
• Spot patient discomfort and take appropriate measures to alleviate their concerns.
