**Job Description**

The Patient Transport Supervisor supervises employees to ensure that established standards and processes of the Transportation Department are being maintained.

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Maintains friendly, efficient, positive customer service attitude toward customers, clients and co-workers. Is
+ responsive to customer needs.
+ Maintains all records in an appropriate condition.
+ Assists manager in reviewing applications and hiring staff as needed.
+ Trains the trainer.
+ Assists in the scheduling of all employees.
+ Complies with all hospital emergency response procedures and processes.
+ Counsels and disciplines employees as required.
+ Performs all annual performance appraisals and tracks all employee training and in-services as required.
+ Supervises staff and maintains a positive working atmosphere.
