Patient Support & Operations Specialist (US Hours)

Altron is looking for a dedicated support professional to act as the first line of communication for patients across their telehealth and pharmacy brands. The role is based in Dubai and requires working full-time USA hours, Sunday to Thursday.

You will manage patient queries, update records, and coordinate with the clinical team. This hands-on role involves maintaining accurate logs and supporting the operations team with various administrative tasks.
