Patient Services Representative - Roper Multispecialty Clinic - Multiple Locations

**Work Shift:** Monday - Thursday, 8:00am - 4:30pm and Friday 8:00am to 1:00pm

**Work Locations:** Regular floating required to BSSF MOB (West Ashley), Roper MOB (Downtown Charleston), Berkeley MOB (Summerville), and Mount Pleasant MOB.

**Additional Information** : Prior healthcare experience preferred

**Job Summary:**

The Patient Services Representative is the first line of quality service to our patients and the community. This position will be responsible for processing patient registration, verifying demographics, obtaining insurance cards, and patient identification. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, transcribing orders, explaining financial options to patients, and updating medical records accurately and efficiently.
