**About the Role**
We are seeking a **Patient Services Representative** to join our remote medical practice team. This role is primarily focused on patient care and phone-based support, ensuring every patient has a seamless experience from their first call to ongoing follow-up care.
In addition to patient support, you will assist with marketing initiatives and provide occasional administrative support directly to doctors. This is a dynamic position for someone passionate about healthcare, organization, and patient engagement.
