**Job Summary**

Provide high-level clerical, scheduling, and administrative support within a Pediatric Cardiology outpatient clinic setting. This position supports daily clinic operations, patient access, provider scheduling coordination, insurance authorization processes, charge reconciliation, and patient flow activities while maintaining excellent customer service and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

**Responsibilities***

+ Provide professional and courteous telephone support for patients, families, referring providers, and internal staff.
+ Perform front desk operations including patient check-in/check-out, registration verification, insurance updates, and follow-up appointment scheduling.
+ Coordinate patient scheduling, rescheduling, cancellations, and referral management through MiChart/EPIC.
