Patient Services & Billing Coordinator

Mediclinic Welcare Hospital in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Patient Administrator to streamline appointment scheduling, registration and related front-line tasks. You will coordinate medical insurance processes, support billing and cash handling, and aim to deliver excellent patient service.

The role requires completion of Grade 12, preferably a tertiary diploma or bachelor’s in medical science or finance, with 2–3 years in customer services, ideally in healthcare.
