Job Summary: A Patient Service Representative is the first line of contact between patients and our clinics and physicians.  The Patient Service Representative follows Madison Medical standards of practice, policies and procedures and supports the philosophy by incorporating them into the clinic. This full time position reports to the Clinic Supervisor /Regional Director of Clinic Operations, supports our Internal Medicine department, and is located in Mequon, WI.
