Patient Service Executive (Front Desk)

We are seeking a warm, detail-oriented Patient Service Executive (Front Desk) to support daily operations at our diagnostic imaging centres. You will be the first point of contact for patients onsite, ensuring a smooth registration, payment, and overall patient experience through professional service and positive engagement.

• Register patients accurately and efficiently using the clinic system
• Attend to walk-in patients and handle general enquiries professionally
• Verify patient details, referrals, and scan orders before proceeding
• Coordinate with radiographers and clinic teams to ensure smooth patient flow
• Assist in appointment confirmation, rescheduling, and queue management
• Process billing, payments, and issuance of receipts
• Ensure reports, images, and CDs/USBs are prepared and dispatched correctly
