Patient Services Representative (Floating)
Direct Hire | $23/hour + Mileage Reimbursement
We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused Patient Services Representative to serve as the welcoming face of our clinics. This role is responsible for patient check-in, insurance verification, and creating a positive experience for patients, many of whom are managing chronic pain conditions.
Important: This position does not include scheduling responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
+ Greet and check in patients in a professional and compassionate manner
+ Collect and update patient demographic information
+ Review and verify insurance information and eligibility
+ Ensure all required patient paperwork is completed accurately
+ Maintain a positive, patient-centered experience from arrival through check-in
+ Support front desk operations while delivering exceptional customer service
