UPMC Hamot Emergency Department is looking for a Patient & Family Concierge to join our team on nights. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys staying busy, helping others, and making a real impact on the patient and visitor experience during some of the most critical moments of care.

You'll be a key support across the department-helping patients, families, and staff while ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. No two shifts look the same.

Schedule

+ Night shift
+ Rotating weekends and holidays
