Patient Experience Coordinator (Medical Reception)

The Doctors Tikipunga is seeking a friendly medical receptionist to welcome patients and help keep our front desk running smoothly. You will manage bookings, answer calls, register new patients and handle daily admin tasks with privacy and professionalism.

With strong communication, organisational skills and a calm, adaptable approach, you’ll support clinicians and ensure excellent patient experiences. Experience with Med Tec Evolution or similar systems is desirable, and NZ residency or work
