Responsibilities
- Own your queue by responding to patient, caregiver, and provider inquiries across phone, SMS, email, and chat
- Help patients navigate order status, insurance requirements, and documentation needs
- Resolve issues end-to-end by coordinating across internal teams
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and compassion
- Identify operational gaps and flag recurring workflow issues to improve processes
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation
