This is not a traditional call center role. You’ll solve problems, coordinate care, and make a real impact on every patient experience.

What you’ll do

• Guide patients through preoperative and postoperative care
• Coordinate surgery rescheduling and patient requests
• Create lab orders and track medical documentation for surgical authorization
• Review laboratory results submitted by patients
• Keep patient records accurate and up to date
• Deliver exceptional service with a strong focus on First Call Resolution
