This role goes beyond a traditional call center: you’ll solve problems, coordinate care, and make a real impact on every patient experience by guiding preoperative and postoperative steps. On-site in North Cali, Monday–Friday, with two shifts depending on time of day, you’ll communicate confidently with U.S.
