Patient Admissions Specialist - Western Cape

Nurture Health is seeking a passionate and clinically skilled Patient Admissions Specialist to facilitate patient access to specialist rehabilitation services. Reporting to the Patient Admissions Manager, you will assess referrals, coordinate admissions, and collaborate with healthcare professionals, patients, and families to ensure timely, appropriate rehabilitation care. Key Responsibilities Assess patient referrals and determine suitability for rehabilitation services. Coordinate referral, assessment, and admissions processes in line with Nurture Health standards. Build strong relationships with referrers, hospitals, funders, patients, and families. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient‑centred care.
