Department: Metro Periop Business Team
Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift: Days
Pay: $19.67 - $25.57 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option
Summary:
Schedules and registers patients. Obtains demographic information and performs related clerical functions.
Responsibilities:
+ Schedules appointments, follow-up appointments, and assigns appropriate length of visit per physician request.
+ Provides instruction to patients regarding what to bring to the appointment, time of appointment and location of physician. Registers patients for medical care including laboratory, outpatient services, physician or other medical office. Pre-registers patients when needed
