**Job Summary and Qualifications**
**GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:** **The Patient Access Specialist is responsible for answering incoming phone calls, scheduling patient appointments, routing calls and communicating to the appropriate colleague and/or Provider. The Patient Access Specialist serves as a liaison between patient and practice support staff.** **Position functions as an internal call center colleague.**
