Patient Access Representative - Part-time

About the Role

As a Patient Access Representative in Pediatrics at Quincy Medical Group, you will be one of the first friendly faces families encounter when they visit our clinic.You will support nine pediatric providers, nurse practitioners, and the Pediatric Walk‑In Clinic, playing an essential role in creating a welcoming experience while ensuring patients are efficiently registered, scheduled, and connected with the care they need.

Schedule & Work Environment

Part‑time position.Clinic hours are Monday—Friday between 8:00AM and 7:00PM.Saturday availability is required from 8:00AM–1:00PM.Work schedule will vary based on department needs and provider coverage.Fast‑paced pediatric clinic supporting nine providers, nurse practitioners, and the Pediatric Walk‑In Clinic.
