**Locations:** May be assigned to and required to work at any of the six designated Patient Access locations as staffing needs dictate. Staff must be willing and able to travel between locations and maintain competency at all assigned facilities.

The **PRN Patient Access Representative** serves as the first point of contact for patients, families, physicians, and visitors. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while completing patient registration, insurance verification, demographic collection, point-of-service collections, scheduling support, and other patient access functions in both Emergency Department and Outpatient settings.
