Patient Access Programs Leader

Novartis Mexico is seeking a Patient Support Programs leader to oversee end-to-end program management. You will map patient journeys to identify barriers to diagnosis and innovative treatments, and negotiate sustainable agreements with the health care system.

Further, you will co-create innovative solutions to improve access barriers, ensure unmet needs are addressed, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value across accounts.
