ProStaffSelect are in search of a PASTRY CHEF with good all round pastry, baking and dessert skills to handle and oversee daily dessert production for hot and cold plated desserts with multiple garnish components. This is a high-pressure / high-volume restaurant where menu specials are introduced once per month with complete menu changes every 3 - 4 months.
