ProStaffSelect is searching for a pastry chef with all‑round pastry, baking and dessert production skills to handle and oversee daily dessert production for hot and cold plated desserts with multiple garnish components.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily dessert production, including preparation of hot and cold plated desserts with garnish components, and manage the pastry kitchen.
Requirements
- Focused pastry qualification
- At least 3 years’ experience within senior dessert fine dining / 5* à la carte operations
