Job Summary:
As the Pastry Chef for this refined corporate dining facility, you will ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, service excellence, and operational effectiveness through the management of kitchen activities and menu design. Ensure that kitchen facilities meet sanitation requirements, accident prevention measures and control effective par stocks of food. A la carte Dining, Catered Events, Mini Pastries, Frozen Treats & Bread Baking are utilized daily throughout the facility to our guests delight!
Job responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted partner to the Executive Chef, always maintaining positive working relationships and clear communication with cross-functional teams.
- Develop recipes to ensure that quality & presentation meet all levels of culinary excellence.
