About the Role
The Pastry Chef will be responsible for preparing high‑quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods while maintaining consistency, creativity, and food safety standards. This role requires hands‑on expertise in pastry production, recipe execution, and kitchen operations within a bakery or F&B environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Pastry Production & Quality Control
- Prepare a wide range of pastries, desserts, cakes, viennoiseries and baked goods according to recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture and presentation across all products.
- Develop and refine recipes while maintaining portion control and minimizing wastage.
- Kitchen Operations & Hygiene
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety in compliance with HACCP regulations.
