We are a luxurious hotel located in the bustling city of Ajman seeking a talented Executive Pastry Chef to oversee our pastry department.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop unique pastry menus that cater to our diverse clientele.
• Oversee the production and presentation of all pastries and desserts.
• Train, mentor, and lead a team of pastry chefs to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards in the pastry kitchen.
• Collaborate with other departments such as banquets and restaurants for special events or menu changes.
