Responsibilities

• Prepare and Bake Pastries: Create a variety of baked goods such as cakes, cookies, pastries, and breads, ensuring consistent quality and presentation according to recipes.
• Maintain Cleanliness and Organization: Keep the kitchen and workspace clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained.
• Inventory Management: Monitor ingredient levels, order supplies, and maintain stock rotation to ensure fresh, high-quality materials are always available for baking.
• Collaborate with Team: Work closely with other kitchen staff and pastry chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations, meeting daily production schedules and customer orders.
• Customer Service & Custom Orders: Interact with customers when needed, taking special orders and customizing baked goods to meet their specific requests.
