The Role

As a Pastoral Tutor, you'll play a key role in supporting students throughout their college journey.
Working closely with teaching staff and the wider pastoral team, you'll help improve attendance, retention, achievement and progression while promoting student wellbeing and personal development.
You'll deliver weekly tutorial sessions, provide guidance and mentoring, and support students as they prepare for their next steps, including Higher Education and UCAS applications. We're Looking For Som...
