Pastoral Intervention Leader – ReFocus

We are looking for a Pastoral Intervention Leader to work with individuals or small groups of students identifying underlying barriers to learning and then designing structured intervention pathways to support re‑engagement with school life. They work closely with students, families, teaching and pastoral teams to coordinate and deliver tailored programmes that promote regulation, positive behaviour and sustained participation in learning.

Responsibilities include: leading on planning, monitoring and evaluating interventions to ensure effective outcomes; consistent communication across teams; building strong, supportive relationships; modelling the school’s values; contributing to a calm, inclusive, aspirational environment.

Hours: 37 hours per week (08:15-16:15), term‑time only, plus 5 Inset Days.
