Pastoral Coordinator

St. Nicholas School is seeking a Pastoral Coordinator to support students in Secondary. The Pastoral Coordinator at St Nicholas Alphaville is responsible for holding together four interconnected systems: form tutor relationships, student wellbeing, safeguarding, and behaviour. The person we are looking for is not afraid of a difficult conversation, be it with a student, a parent, or a colleague, and understands that a pastoral culture built on relationships still requires clear boundaries and consistent consequences. This is a complex leadership position, not a welfare role.
